It has been exactly twelve months since we became official. If that sentence is familiar to you, it is because I reread your first letter to me. I remember waking up to that letter. I remember being the happiest man ever. I remember scrambling to write a letter back to you quickly, fast enough so I can still go out in time to meet you. I remember all the love we shared that day. I love you. A year later, I am still the happiest man ever and I am so lucky I get to love and be loved by you.

I actually meant to write many letters to you; one for thanking you for the help you gave me in the conference, another for our first "I love you" and first kiss. But I figured that our anniversary was coming up soon, so I will pour everything and all my love then. Mahal, thank you. Thank you for you. I mean it, and I always will, when I say that you are the best.

I love you, mahal. I love the way you love me. I love the way you see the world. I love the way you take care of me, of us. Mahal kita. I love you today, forever, always. I super duper buv you babi :) I hope you never forget that.

I am sorry for all the hurt I have caused you and us over the past year. There are many moments I wish I can take back. There are so many things I said that I wish I never did. I will always do my best to make up for them. I will always do my best to be better because you deserve nothing but the best.

Like what you said then, there is no one else I would rather spend all my lazy or productive afternoons with. I will walk, run, drive, swim, and even fly anywhere, as long as I am with you. And as we always have, I always will, mahal. I cannot wait to finally have my own income so I can take us to many places that we have always wanted to go to. I will give you all the love and care you deserve. :)

Happy anniversary to us, mahal! I cannot wait to write more letters and celebrate so many more things with you. I super promise that I will write more and give you more. I will start rewriting the code of this website as we speak so that it looks better and feels better hehe. I will take much much more pics of you and us. I will do many more things, both big and small, to express my love for you. Mahal na mahal na mahal kita. Thank you for helping me with the conference, baby.
