Letter 12-25-2024

Merry Christmas, My Love.

It has genuinely been an amazing year with you, mahal. I remember this time last year, I was coming up with plans on how to approach you and confess my feelings. I ended up with the pubmat letter that I made you. Who would have thought that a year later, I would be writing another letter to you but this time as your partner and your love? I am the luckiest man ever :) and I will never take your love for granted.

Throughout the year, we have had many ups and downs. I hope you know that I never and will never let these downs define our relationship. I learned valuable lessons from them; I now know how to love and care for you better. But I'm sorry that these all happened in the first place. I will never let these moments that we were not okay negatively affect the way I view you and us. I love you more than anything else, Nik, my love. I wholeheartedly apologize for all of the times I hurt you. I promise to be the best version of myself; I will never stop saying that you deserve nothing less than that.

I apologize that it's been so long since my last letter to you. Come next year, I will write more, and you will witness firsthand the growth and evolution of this website. I cannot wait to use this website more and slowly but surely build it into a diary of us. I digress, I will also add a security layer so that only us two can access this website.

Again, I'm sorry for all the times I hurt you :( I feel that I can never apologize enough for them. I'm sorry, and I love you so, so, so much. I know that part of you is still hurting, I want you to know that you have me always. I promise that we will always figure things out. I want nothing more than a future together.

Merry Christmas, mahal ko. :) I know you don't like celebrating Christmas that much. When we're living together, I'll do my best to change this. I promise to fill your Christmases and New Years with warmth and love. I will learn to cook all the food that will be filling for you. I will give you gifts to open. I will love you the way you deserve to be loved.
