Letter 01-01-2025

Happy New Year, Mahal.

As I'm writing this, I can't help but look back on the year. My love, 2024 is the best year I have ever lived and I want you to know that it's because of you. I experienced the warmest and most sincere love ever, and it fills my stomach and all my insides with so much happiness because I know we're only getting started. :) It's only been our first year together, we have our lives in front of us and I promise that you'll have me always, in all ways.

Mahal, I'm forever sorry for all the times I hurt you. I know that there have been many times na hindi tayo okay both :( and I will forever be apologetic for hurting you. It hurts me knowing na I put you through hurt and pain. I have learned from all these times and, coming into 2025, I promise that I will do my best to be the best version of myself for you. I promise to have more patience, to be more understanding, and to always put myself in your shoes. I will give you the life and love you deserve, my love. I will take care of you always.

Happy new year, my love! I'm sorry that I'm not spending it physically by your side. In the future, we'll always spend our holidays together. We'll have our own place, we'll prepare our meals, and keep each other warm during the cold season. I long for this future with you, mahal. And I promise I'll put in the work as much as I can to reach this. I can't wait to see what 2025 has in store for us. I have so much more love to give to you, my love. Infinity, in fact.
